PRICE LIST
Most items in our brochure are carried in stock. Items that are not in stock require a four to six week lead time before delivery can be made. Special orders will be given delivery quotes when a purchase order number has been confirmed. No order will be shipped without a purchase order number (preferably placed by your purchasing department).
ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
Order carefully. Consult both the brochure information and the price listing. Be sure to specify all optional choices such as size, weight, connector configurations, male or female, tether length, internal diameter and leg spans. Minimum order is $90.00.
PHONE ORDERS
Phone orders are readily accepted with proper purchase order authority from the purchasing department. We also accept orders via our fax machine 310/970-0121.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRICES
All prices are listed in US currency and are payable in the same. Prices are current at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. Our terms are net 30 days from the date of the invoice. Service charge on invoices not paid with 30 days is 1 ½% per month (18% per annum).
SHIPMENT
We ship freight on board (FOB) Hawthorne, CA United Parcel Service. Ground transportation will be used on all our shipments unless otherwise specified. Freight and packaging are prepaid and added to the invoice. All freight to foreign countries is subject to a $10.00 - $15.00 service charge.
PACKAGING
We do require a minimal packaging charge on all orders. Charges are based on the size of the container used. The cost is from $2.00 - $15.00 for each container, not item, unless otherwise notified.
TAXES
California state tax will be added to all orders in the state of California unless a tax exempt ID number is supplied along with the purchase order number. No tax is charged on orders outside of California.
RETURNED GOODS
Previous authorization is required on all shipments prior to return. Please call the office for your return material authorization (RMA#). All merchandise must be certified new and unused. All shipping costs and a 20% handling fee will be charged on all returns.
SERVICE
Service and repair of equipment and spare parts are available. Estimates are made on request for service, repair or modification after we have thoroughly examined the work to be done. Cloth items must be laundered and sterilized prior to returning for repair or modification. We also require you to have an RMA# for items to be serviced.
